Coffee and/or tea are a part of the daily lives of most of us. The caffeine found in these drinks is often given a bad rap when it comes to health effects. This infographic aims to illustrate some negative effects of caffeine consumption as well as point out some other interesting caffeine facts including some negatives of caffeine withdrawal.
However, for years there has been research that has shown there are health benefits to the consumption of caffeine as well. Some of the benefits are listed here on energyfiend.com. Very recently a study was published that found a link between high blood caffeine levels and avoidance of Alzheimer’s disease. The study is discussed in Science Daily.
Regardless, the infographic is worth a look.
